Referrals

Referrals are taken from services, including education, social care, youth justice, parents/carers and young people can refer themselves. Parent/carer consent is primarily sought and young people deemed ‘Gillick Competent’ can confidentially consent themselves in line with Frazier Guidelines.

Contact us to request a referral form, or request a conversation if you are not sure if a young person meets our criteria.

A referral form will be sent to identify the current issues.

An initial appointment to discuss the referral further will be arranged as an opportunity to find out more about the therapy and support that we offer. We will then assess whether therapy is appropriate at this time.
